It also comes with the best on-board filtration system you can buy. It was designed by Hobart and it's called the Kleen Screen filter system. The oil enters the pan first through a basket and the larger particles are removed. Then the filter comes on and the oil is brought through a fine mesh stainless screen to filter the oil. Having to deal with sloppy, expensive filter paper is no longer necessary.

The pan lifts out of the drawer if necessary to clean.

Requires 1, 110 volt outlet and 2, 208 lines.
