Escape to your very own cabin in the hills, located in the much sought after
Cypress Hills Provincial Park, Saskatchewan. This well maintained 5 bedroom cabin
overlooks a spectacular view of Loch Lomond.
The main floor features open living with vaulted ceilings, making kitchen, dining
area and living room inviting and bright. Vinyl plank flooring has been installed
throughout the main living area. Stay cozy warm with the wood burning stove situated
right in the middle of the cabin. On the extra cold nights, there are electric baseboard
heaters located throughout cabin. Also on the main floor, a three piece bathroom and
two bedrooms, one being the master with double closets.
Upstairs is home to 2 regular sized bedrooms and a fifth bedroom/ tv room with an
office space.
Off the living room is a two tier front deck with a view that everyone dreams of. The
back of the cabin has another large deck ( you and your guests can chase the sun) with
a view of the lodgepole pine forest that Cypress is famous for, unlike any other forest in
Saskatchewan.
There is a heated storage space under the cabin with a washing machine and a
500 gallon water tank with a pressurized water system for use when park supplied
water in not available. Also under cabin there is one room for tool storage/work space
and a freezer. There is a third larger room for even more storage.
Cabin comes with 1000 gallon septic tank, certified by the park in May 2024.
