Now taking orders for lamb meat

**taking orders for August 2024. Lamb that has received mostly hay with some grain during it's growth. Butcher date is Aug 15.

Price is $225 (including cut and wrap cost) per half lamb or $400 for whole lamb, with your choice of cuts. (One lamb is 40-50 pounds of hanging weight, so 1/2 is 20-25 pounds).

*meat cut and wrapped at government inspected facility.
