1977 Bonair tent trailer - fixer upper

If you enjoy fixing things up for the benefit of enjoying them later, this unit may be just for you!
It's a 1977 Bonair tent trailer that is a fixer upper that you'd probably get to even enjoy this summer!
It pulls nicely - even a pickup with a V6 had no problem pulling it.
It's got some kind of hydraulic braking system.
The canvas is generally OK, except for a couple of burn holes from the previous owner, which they taped over fairly successfully.
The mattresses are good, again except for a burn hole from the previous owner. Flipping the mattress (as seen in the pics) takes care of that one.
Probably the biggest areas of concern: the 47 years of age haven't been easy on the corners - they could use some bracing or reinforcement. And where the canvas attaches to the zippers could also use some reinforcement to keep the unit bug tight.
Would consider trades for vehicles or earth moving or farm equipment, etc.
