Project Overview
We are seeking proposals from qualified buyers or developers interested in purchasing the following land parcel:
• Location: 13014 Road 30W, City of Morden
• Size: 0.09 acres
• Zoning: Community Reserve

Objectives
Our goal is to sell the land to a party that aligns with zoning requirements of the area. We encourage proposals that demonstrate sustainability, and community benefit.

Proposal Requirements
Interested parties should submit the following information:

2. Financial Capability:
o Provide evidence of financial capacity to purchase the land.
o Include a proposed purchase price.
3. Development Plan:
o Describe your vision for the site.
o Outline the intended use (e.g., residential, commercial, mixed-use).
o Include architectural concepts or sketches if available.
4. Timeline:
o Specify the expected timeline for closing the sale.

Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
