Rocky is a 15.3 hh 16yr. Red Dun unregistered pure bred Quarter Horse Gelding.
He’s had a good 7 months professional training which includes a recent 2 months refresher.
He neckreins, spins, stops well and backs up, side steps and open gates. He’s desensitized to tarps, loads and travels well. He’s a little cold back to start but is very responsive to cues. He’s done well on an obstacle course which includes a teeter totter.
He’s had pasture experience with PFRA.
He’s sound, feet maintained, teeth floated, and regularly dewormed.
He has a superficial scar on his left knee that doesn’t affect his performance. He’s never had any health problems.
Rocky is a thinker, likes attention and is easy to catch. He’s been pastured on hills and bush his whole life so he’s in great physical condition, has lots of energy and requires an experienced rider.
I raised and love this horse. Reason for selling is because I’m unable to ride due to a car accident.
